A large local non-profit, highly involved in the community, had a bad leader. A bad hire or team member can affect the entire organization. When the head of your department does not appear to want to be at work, lead, or even be approached, it can affect the morale of not just the team but every person within the organization. We were able to confidentially replace the leader. The team’s morale skyrocketed, production went up, and absenteeism went down.
